The Federal Immigration program is designed for candidates who have at least 1 year of work experience in one of the fields in priority and make the necessary points in order to qualify. There is a total limit of 10.000 of such applications received, with a maximum of 500 per field, established for the period July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012. Today, May 8, 2012, this limit has been reached.
The new list should be made public at the end of June, the latest on July 1, 2012. We will publish it as soon as possible and we will keep you updated on any changes in the law.
